Criteria

1. Established company (seeking post-seed investment). Validated market, product and executive team.
2. Closing rounds: Signed term sheet with VC fund. Clear deal terms.
3. Traction: Existing clients or users. Knowledge of sales cycle.
4. Defined offer: Clear benefits to users/clients..
5. Committed team: Full-time employee (at least CEO).
6. Ten to fifteen slides deck (check out Deck Tips).
